2、彩鋼瓦翻新

2. Color steel tile renovation

彩鋼瓦生銹的原因是受到環境、氣候等各種自然條件的影響，使彩鋼板銹蝕嚴重時會出現腐蝕銹穿孔洞，這時就需要翻新更換彩鋼瓦。更換彩鋼瓦時可采用天能瓦壓型鋼板直接用替代原有彩鋼瓦屋面。翻新前必須進行承載驗算，當原有鋼結構承載不滿足要求時必須加固后再安裝天能瓦壓型鋼板及光伏系統。

原彩鋼瓦屋面也可附加安裝一層天能瓦壓型鋼板。加裝前必須進行承載驗算，新增恒荷載25kg/m，當原有鋼結構承載不滿足要求時必須加固后再安裝天能瓦壓型鋼板及光伏系統。
